(KNSI) – A local grocer says shopping online is easier than ever.
Coborn’s recently unveiled a new website and mobile app that it says is a major improvement from what customers have been using since the COVID-19 pandemic. Senior Vice President of Growth Initiatives Emily Coborn Wright exclaims, “We’re thrilled to unveil this new and exciting online shopping experience that simplifies online grocery shopping with more convenient pick-up and at-home delivery options. It really is groceries your way.”
Coborn’s teamed up with Instacart to revamp its virtual presence. They say online shoppers are guaranteed that the products they buy are fresh. You can browse the weekly ad and click on a link to transfer the coupon directly from the ad to your shopping cart.
Another neat feature being rolled out is shoppable recipes. Browse through a collection of meal listings, and if you find one you like, you can click on it, and the ingredients will automatically be transferred to your order.
EBT or SNAP benefits can now be used for online purchases. Orders over $35 are eligible for free pick-up or delivery.
You can download the new Coborn’s app in the Apple App Store or through Google Play. Coborn’s says similar changes will soon be coming to its other store brands, like Cash-Wise.
